WHAT TO EXPECT
*All classes come with a custom journal as well as all art materials needed for each class.
-30- 45 minutes of yoga
-art/craft mindfulness tool or expression
-nature exploration/games
-follow up newsletter: recap of class and in home practices
Yogis will need to bring the following:
-yoga mat/towel to practice on
-extra clothes
-water bottle
-snack

2024 WINTER POD CLASSES
We are currently taking deposits for Fall 2023 Pod Classes. There is a 5 child minimum with a $150 deposit per child. To reserve your class, please fill out the form below. Please include all emails of the participants.
