MAMASTAY + PLAY
18 months to 2.5 years old

A movement and mindfulness class where toddlers can explore, learn and play alongside their caregivers. To settle in, TRFY offers sensory, gross, and fine motor explorations such as play dough, climbing and mark making. Each class ends with a community circle filled with songs, movement and working our way to a yoga adventure. We focus on introducing and modeling the breath as their first self-regulating skill in their toolbox.
LITTLE LOTUS
2.5- 6 years old

At TRFY the breath is the foundation of our curriculum; it is the most accessible tool we have as humans to self regulate and calm the nervous system. In Little Lotus, we begin to experiment with movement to see how different moves affects the heart and in turn how it affects the mind. Your child will learn many strategies to help calm, self-regulate and healthy and safe ways to express big emotions and feelings.

Yoga is practiced in an adventure/storytelling format. Children are invited to add to the story and share their ideas and get creative and imaginative!
WARRIOR I
6- 9 years old

In Warrior I, we continue to use movement to see how different moves affects the heart and use journaling as a tool to process what is on the mind, Your child will continue to learn and practice many strategies to help calm, self-regulate and healthy and safe ways to express big emotions and feelings

In Warrior I, children begin to familiarize themselves with postures and their names. With this knowledge yogis will begin to sequence and teach their own series of poses to the class!
WARRIOR II
9-11 years old

Warrior II yogis continue to learn poses, as well as create their own, as they sequence and teach their classes to their peers. We encourage longer sequences to promote memory building as well as practicing/noticing patterns in poses and in our body. Journaling is emphasized as students will get 5 minutes of uninterrupted free journal/doodling each class. Yogis will have the opportunity to share, if they wish, what they journaled and/or how they are feeling.

SEEDS to SPROUTS
Parent + Child (3+ y.o)

Seeds to Sprouts is a no pressure yoga class for adults with the opportunity to bring your little one to practice along side of you. Children do not have to do yoga for the whole class as they will have other options such as journaling, mandala coloring, and breathing exercises to do on their mat. Seeds to Sprouts gives you the opportunity to lead by example what yoga and mindfulness mean to you while your child(ren) remind us that yoga does not have to be serious. Yoga is meant to be nourishing and playful and what better way to practice yoga than to share it with your kids.
